Making your own hot coco mix at home, you can control the amount and type of sugar.
Experiment using a combination of the following in small quantities until you find your perfect cup of cocoa. Then layer the ingredients in jar using the sugar and coco powder as a decorative design along the edge. We like about 60% powerdered milk to 25% cocoa and 15% sweetener.
- Non-fat powdered milk or non-fat powdered soy milk
- Unsweetened Coco Powder
- Fructose or evaporated cane sugar
Place 1 to 2 TBL in a cup of boiling pure water, stir and enjoy!
