sweet crunchy treat to help satisfy a cookie craving but without all the fat, calories or guilt!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00bd cups whole wheat flour<\/li>\n<li> \u00bd cup wheat bran<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 cup peanuts<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>2 apples (cored and quartered)<\/li>\n<li>2 dates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I like to use whole grain spelt flour in my kitchen but 100% whole wheat flour works fine in this little cookie cluster.\u00a0 Place flour, bran and baking powder in mixing bowl.\u00a0 Place your nuts in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth butter.\u00a0 Meanwhile heat your water and two dates in the microwave or stovetop for 1 minute.\u00a0 Add the apples (with peel!) and your warm dates and water into the processor and blend.\u00a0 Mix your apple nutbutter mixture with your flour and drop by rounded spoons onto a non-stick cookie sheet or oven stone.<\/p>\n<p><a
